OLD FIELD FARM MAPLE SYRUP

Old Field Farm in upstate New York explores the balance of art and agriculture, and strives to create a biodynamic, biodiverse farmstead in which plants, animals, and people exist in harmony. When balance is achieved on the farm, the surplus is sold to the public. This delicious maple syrup is harvested from their sugar maples.
